发动机排气系统红外辐射特性数值模拟

     

摘要

建立了发动机排气系统的内外流一体化流场计算模型,经过流体分析CFD软件计算得整个流场的温度场、压力场和浓度场分布.燃气介质考虑了水蒸气、二氧化碳和一氧化碳的红外光谱吸收与发射,然后采用辐射传递方程(RTE)积分法计算了发动机排气系统的红外辐射特征.结果表明,发动机排气系统红外辐射强度沿天顶角的分布图不再是“梨”形,而是“超椭圆”形.%The flow field model of an aero-engine exhaust system including its inner and outer space is established and its temperature, pressure and consistency distribution are calculated by solving the Navier-Stokes equations. The absorption and emissivity of the water vapor, the carbon dioxide and the carbon monoxide must be considered, then the infrared radiation characteristic of the aero-engine exhaust system are calculated using integration method of the radiative transfer equation ( RTE). The results indicate that the intensity distribution shape of Infrared radiation is no more "pear-like" ,but "super ellipse-like".
