When studying the mechanical properties of the bonding structure of Optical-Mechanical System,the nonlin ear analysis of the adhesive fits better to the actual situation but the linear analysis has advantages of less calculation and better maturity. This paper theoretically analyzes nonlinear calculation,uses two methods to transform the WLF e-quation,simplifies the double integral of the constitutive equation,gets the theoretical solutions of the stress,the tem perature and the load's acting time. By changing the strain of linear analysis to β times of that of the nonlinear analy sis, the linear result will match the nonlinear result. The theory is verified by using the linear analysis method and the nonlinear analysis method to analyze the same structure. Comparison of the two results show that;using this simplified method of full WLF,the linear analysis gets the same result as the nonlinear analysis and it can be used in practice.%为了研究光机系统胶接结构的力学性能,对胶接剂采用非线性分析的方法,可以很好的符合现实中的力学行为;采用线性分析方法,有着计算量少和技术成熟的优势.本文将首先对非线性计算进行理论分析,通过两种方法对WLF方程进行变换,化简本构方程对时间的二重积分,得到了应力同温度、载荷作用时间以及不同处理方法的理论解.通过和线性有限元解进行比较,得到了通过改变线性分析中的应变量为非线性分析应变量的β倍,可以得到等同于非线性分析的结果,而β是同时间以及不同处理方法相关的.分别采用线性和非线性有限元方法对同一结构进行了分析,对理论进行了验证.通过对有限元分析结果的对比表明:采用本文的全值WLF简化处理方法,可以很好的将非线性分析转化为线性分析,而且二者的结果一致性符合一般工程应用.
