The present invention relates to a nonlinear structural analysis method of a flat plate structure and a computer-readable recording medium which can be applied to a flat plate structure with irregularly arranged pillars since a nonlinear hinge is defined on a risk section for each pillar to perform nonlinear analysis, and can be applied to a performance-based seismic design for a flat plate structure based on an analysis model based on the 2016 construction structure standard (KBC) which is the current Korean design standard. The nonlinear structural analysis method of a flat plate structure to perform nonlinear structural analysis on a flat plate structure in a computing program comprises: (a) a step of modeling a pillar and a slab with pillar elements and slab elements; (b) a step of setting a risk section consisting of a front and a rear surface positioned on a front and a rear of the pillar and a side positioned on a left and a right of the pillar based on a moment action direction on a slab element section of a prescribed distance around the modeled pillar elements; (c) a step of matching a zero length element as a nonlinear hinge to each surface of the risk section to define nonlinear performance of the risk section; and (d) a step of applying a load to the pillar elements and the slab elements to perform structural analysis.
