本文介绍了混流式水轮机满负荷工况异常振动的一种处理方法。相比传统的优化泄水锥方案,本文基于模型试验和模型转轮修型以及原型机现场测量对混流式水轮机满负荷工况稳定性迚行研究。通过对比模型及相似原型机尾水管压力脉动幅值,模型和原型在满负荷区域相似性较好,为本方法的使用奠定基础。通过不同方案结果的比较,尾水管压力脉动陡升可能是导致原型机满负荷工况异常振动的一个重要原因,优化转轮叶片出口靠上冠区域的型线是解决该问题的一个重要手段。%In this paper, it presents a method about dealing with full load abnormal vibration of Francis turbine. Comparing with the traditional method concerning with optimization of runner cone, it investigates the full load stability by model test and model runner outlet profile modification as well as prototype site measurement. As pressure pulsation of draft tube of the model and homogenous prototype shown well agreement, it makes foundation of this method. By contrast results from different methods, conclusion can be drawn that the sharply increasing of draft tube pressure pulsation is the main reason of full load abnormal vibration. And optimization of runner outlet profile close to the crown is a good method to resolve this problem.
