保障性住房因兼具经济性与适用性的特点，符合城市中低收入家庭承受能力又满足其基本生活需要，是国家正大力推广的居民住房形式。着重探讨保障性住房景观设计的原则与影响因子，并运用层次分析法进行权重测算，得出保障性住房景观价值的综合评判标准。依据该标准，以北京城郊14处保障性住房为例，通过调研打分的方式进行评价，以期树立保障性住房景观的标准化与产业化模式，对今后的保障性住房景观建设起导向性和示范性的作用。% With the feature of economy and practicality, the affordable house is a form of housing which is affordable for low-income families and meets their basic living requirements, and is now vigorously promoted by government. This paper focuses on the discussion of the design principles and impact factors of the landscape construction of the affordable house, and.applies Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to solve weights al ocation in similarity calculation and finds the comprehensive evaluation standard for the landscape value of affordable house. According to the standard, this paper assesses fourteen sites of residential areas in suburban Beijing by investigation in order to build up the standardized and industrialized mode for the landscape construction of the affordable house and serves as an oriented and exemplary model for future landscape construction of the affordable house.
