地理设计方法在无锡地铁概念性规划中的应用

     

摘要

近年来地理信息系统、大数据、互联网等技术的快速成长,数字空间分析技术已由理论研究领域向多种应用领域发展。地理设计的发展理念,尝试突破现有数字空间分析技术在规划设计领域中的应用瓶颈,开始以强化规划设计领域中数字空间分析技术的应用深度与广度为主要发展目标。在地理设计的概念框架下,本研究借由无锡地铁3号线站点周边地块用地性质规划工作,建立规划信息反馈模型,讨论城市规划工作中地理设计的发展可能性。本研究依据地理设计中“规划仪表板”的概念,建立“TOD开发类型分类矩阵”及“四效益(空间效益、经济效益、环境效益、社会效益)规划评价指标”作为探讨“规划信息回馈技术”与典型城市规划工作流程整合的可能性。%With the rapid growth of technologies such as Geographic Information System (GIS), big data and internet, digital spatial analysis technology has developed from theoretical research to multi-application areas. The development concept of Geo-design tries to break through the bottleneck of the application of digital spatial analysis technology in planning and design working process, making the strengthening of the depth and breadth of its application as developing goal. Within the framework of Geo-design, this paper tries to establish a planning feedback model through the case study of the Wuxi Metro Line 3 conceptual master planning for the land-use design of the surrounding site, and discusses the possible applications of Geo-Design in the future of urban planning. By establishing a “TOD development type classification matrix” and “Four Planning Performance Indicators (i.e. spatial, economic, environmental, and social performance)” as a dashboard, the results of planning and design can be quantitatively evaluated. Two conceptual models in Geo-design were attempted to be established in this paper, which were "Planning dashboards" and “Real-time planning feedback system”. By Geo-design, the core positioning of digital assistive technology in planning was transformed from "planning answers provider" into" planning assist dashboard".
