Objective To detect group B streptococcus (GBS) infection status by immune chromatography test among late preg‐nant women in order to provide the basis for the prevention of GBS infection .Methods The cervical and perianal swabs were col‐lected from 1 725 late pregnant women and parturient women ,timely submitted ,detected and grouped according to the different a‐ges .Then the results were performed the statistical analysis .Results Among 1 725 pregnant women ,99 cases(5 .74% ) were GBS infection positive ,aged (27 .82 ± 4 .56) years old ,1 626 cases were GBS infection negative ,aged (27 .93 ± 4 .42) years old ,the age had no statistically significant difference between the pregnant women with GBS infection positive and pregnant with GBS infection negative(P>0 .05) .Among 1 725 cases ,the bacterial carrying rate in the <30 years old group(1 170 cases) was 5 .64% ,while which in the ≥30 years old group(555 cases) was 5 .94% ,the difference between these two groups had no statistical significance (χ2 =0 .058 ,P>0 .05) .The bacterial carrying rate of 1 255 late pregnant women was 6 .37% ,which of 473 parturient women was 4 .05% ,the difference between these two groups had no statistical significance (χ2 =3 .53 ,P> 0 .05) .Conclusion The bacterial carrying rate has no statistical difference between different ages and between late pregnancy and parturient pregnant women .The immune chromatography method for detecting GBS infection is a rapid and simple detection method easily being promoted in the basic‐level hospitals .%目的：通过免疫层析法检测妊娠晚期孕妇B族链球菌（GBS ）的感染情况，为预防GBS感染提供依据。方法对晚孕及临产孕妇1725例采集宫颈和肛周拭子及时送检并检测，按不同年龄进行分组，进行统计学分析。结果1725例孕妇中GBS感染阳性99例（5．74％）、年龄（27．82±4．56）岁，GBS感染阴性1626例、年龄（27．93±4．42）岁，GBS感染阴阳性孕妇年龄差异无统计学意义（ P＞0．05）。1725例中30岁以下组1170例的带菌率为5．64％，30岁及以上组555例的带菌率为5．94％，两组间差异无统计学意义（χ2＝0．058，P＞0．05）。晚孕1255例，GBS带菌率6．37％；临产473例，GBS带菌率4．05％，两组间差异无统计学意义（χ2＝3．53，P＞0．05）。结论不同年龄、晚孕期和临产孕妇GBS带菌率差异无统计学意义。免疫层析法检测GBS感染不失为一快速、简便、易在基层医院推广的检测方法。
