垂苓汤联合恩替卡韦分散片治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效分析

摘要

目的 探讨中药垂苓汤和西药恩替卡韦分散片联合用药在治疗慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)的临床治疗效果.方法 将150例C HB患者分成垂苓汤和恩替卡韦分散片联合用药组(联合用药组)、单一恩替卡韦分散片用药组(对照组),每组75例,疗程6个月,观察两组患者的生化指标及病毒复制指标的差异.结果 治疗6个月后,与对照组相比,联合用药组丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)复常率、乙型肝炎e抗原(HBeAg)和HBV DNA阴转率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),联合用药组疗效好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 垂苓汤联合恩替卡韦分散片治疗C HB疗效显著,比单用恩替卡韦分散片疗效好.%Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of the combination Chinese medicine Chuiling decotion and entecavir dispersible tablet in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B .Methods 150 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into Chuiling decoction combination with entecavir dispersible tablet group (treatment group) and entecavir dispersible tablet group (control group) ,and each group had 75 cases . After 6 months ,the change of biochemical index and viral replication index in the two groups were observed . Results 6 months after treatment ,compared with the control group ,the ALT recovery rate ,HBeAg and HBV DNA negative rate in treatment group were significantly different (P< 0 .05) ,the clinical curative effect of treatment group was better than that of the control group (P<0 .05) .Conclusion Combination of Chuiling decoction and entecavir dispersible tablet has a good effect for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B ,better than using entecavir dispersible tablet only .
