钙干预对生长性骨痛儿童骨代谢的影响

摘要

通过对确诊为生长性骨痛的儿童进行钙干预,探讨其对儿童生长性骨痛骨代谢的影响.将157例患儿随机分为补钙组、对照组,不同时点记录骨代谢生化指标血bALP、尿Ca、血Ca的变化.生长性骨痛的儿童钙干预后,其骨释放减少;血钙值无统计学差异;补钙组尿钙排出量不变,对照组尿钙排出量减少且低于实验组.生长性骨痛的儿童适当补充钙,对骨骼的发育有较好的作用.%To investigate the therapy efficiency of calcium on the growing pains in children. 157 children who rnwere diagnosed with bone pain of growth were divided into test group and control group based on the informed rnconsent. The changes of serum ALP, serum Ca2+ and urine Ca2+ were detected and recorded at different time.rnThe results showed that the bone release in children with calcium supply was decreased. There was no difference rnin the blood calcium concentration between the test and reference group, but the calcium content in urea in refrnerence group was lower than that of the test group. The results suggest that the calcium supplements could effecrntively enhance skeleton growth.
