导电针织面料在微小压力下的压阻性能研究

         

摘要

Conductive knitted fabric with carbon based composites has good piezo-resistive properties, which can be used as flexible pressure or strain sensing devices. The paper studies the piezo-resistive performance of the conductive knitted fabric under relatively small pressures and the effect of fabric structures and testing conditions on the performance of the knitted fabric. The results show that there is a very good linear relationship between pres-sure and resistance for the conductive fabric on the pressure of 0~3 kPa level, which also has a good repeatabili-ty; the pressure testing will have a much wider adjustable range if changing the coating on the surface of knitted fabric. The conductive fabric can be used for pressure measurement for smart clothing and soft manikin.%碳系导电复合材料涂覆到针织面料后形成的导电针织面料具有明显的压阻性能,可以用作柔性压力或应变传感器的灵敏元件,本文研究了该导电针织面料在受到较小压力时的压阻性能,并探讨了不同的结构和测试条件对其压阻性能的影响。结果表明:在0~3 kPa的压力范围内该导电针织面料的压力与电阻关系呈现非常好的线性关系,且在重复测试时具有良好的重复性;改变针织面料表面的涂层,压力测量能在更宽的范围内调整。该面料可以用于智能服装、柔性人台等的压力测量。
