超仿棉现状及其新产品的研究开发

摘要

The concept and current situation of highly imitated cotton was introduced at home and abroad. Bot-tlenecks of developing new technologies and new products were analyzed. Technological keys and solutions of spin-ning, weaving, dyeing and finishing of highly imitated cotton were pointed out. Knitted series of highly imitated cotton were developed, and different processes were discussed. Performance indicators of highly imitated cotton fab-ric were tested. The results show that all color fastnesses are good, the effects of fuzz and the anti-pilling resis-tance is obvious, and size stability is good. But its wettability and moisture regain needs to improve.%介绍了超仿棉的概念及其国内外研究现状，分析了开发超仿棉新工艺及新产品的技术瓶颈，指出了超仿棉纺、织、染、整的技术关键及解决方法。同时对超仿棉针织系列新产品进行开发实践，探讨了其生产工艺，测试了超仿棉面料的多项性能指标。结果表明，超仿棉产品的色牢度较好、抗起毛起球性提高效果明显、尺寸稳定性好；但其吸湿性和回潮率有待提高。
