试论加拿大现行体育法的实践性及对我国体育立法的启示

摘要

体育法的实践性在满足社会实践的需要，在解决体育领域中发生形形色色的体育争议。本文分析与研究加拿大体育法改革的社会背景及其实施效果，着重探讨了体育法对体育现实问题的关注特别是体育法中仲裁机构的重要性，对我国体育立法的完善有着一定的借鉴意义。%The Practicality of sports law is to meet the need of social practice and to resolve the disputes in the sports field. This paper analyzes the social background of reform of sports law in Canada and its efficiency, and explores the role of sports law in solving sports problems, and esp, the role of arbitration in the sports law, playing a certain role in improving China’s sports legislation.
