新农村建设中留守老人养老问题研究--基于豫东张村的实证分析

摘要

With economic development ,a large number of young gong out ,the problem of remained elderly has come up . They suffer low living standard ,heavy labor ,dull life and the lack of spiritual consolation .The root reason for this problem is family planning policy ,rural youth migration and generation gap .To solve this problem ,we need the combination of fami-ly pension and social pension ,the development of rural medical health and the consciousness of respecting old people .%随着“打工经济”的深入，大量青壮年的外出，留守老人养老的问题日益凸显。劳动强度大、生活拮据，精神寂寥、情感需求无法满足，娱乐生活贫乏，生活照料缺失是农村留守老人生活的真实写照。传统家庭养老功能弱化，社会养老缺失，政府财政偏向是造成农村养老问题的根本原因。创新家庭养老观念，促进多方面的社会养老，加强依法养老是解决农村留守老人养老的关键。
