发达国家扶持中小企业发展举措对我国的启示

Chinese small and medium enterprises are experiencing a rapid and healthy growth while facing sev- eral problems such as insufficient financial support, uncompetitive technology innovation level, etc. This paper in- troduces the measures and experiences of developed countries supporting small and medium enterprises＇ develop- ment.%我国中小企业快速、持续和健康发展,对经济增长的贡献越来越大,已成为国民经济和社会发展的重要力量。但是,我国中小企业的发展面临着法律和金融扶持不足、融资渠道窄、技术创新水平低、市场竞争能力弱等一系列亟待解决的老问题,这些问题严重影响着中小企业的生存和健康发展。他山之石,可以攻玉,发达国家政府和金融部门扶持中小企业发展的举措和经验对我国有很重要的启示。
