基于虚拟仿真的免耕播种机关键部件及其参数的优化设计

         

摘要

为了提高排种器的排种精度和免耕精密播种机的设计效率,在免耕播种机的设计过程中引入了一种新的数字化虚拟仿真设计方法.该方法采用Pro/E软件建立了播种排种器的虚拟样机模型,并使用机械系统动力学自动分析( Automatic dynamic analysis of machanical system, ADMAS)虚拟仿真软件对其动力性能进行了仿真.通过与相关文献对比发现其结果基本吻合,误差率为5.98%,验证了仿真结果的可靠性.由仿真结果的分析发现,不同排种盘转速下得到的清种角度和重播率有所不同,其中在转速为40 r/min时,排种器的重播率最小,清种效果最佳,因此可以选取该转速条件下对应的清种角度作为排种器的设计依据对各种结构参数进行优化,以提高免耕播种机关键部件的设计精度.%In order to improve the precision of seed metering device and the design efficiency of no tillage precision seeding machine. A new digital virtual simulation design method was introduced for designing the no-tillage seeding machine. The virtual prototype model of the no-tillage seeding machine was estab-lished by using Pro/E software, and the dynamic performance of the model was tested by using Automatic dynamic analysis of machanical system ( ADMAS) virtual simulation software. According to the results, the error rate was only 5. 98%, which verified the reliability of the simulation results. The simulation showed that the different kinds of angles and replay rate were different. When the speed was 40 n/min, the replay rate of different types of devices was minimum, and the effect was best. Therefore, it could be used to optimize the structure parameters and improve the design precision of the key parts.
