摘要

Zhenjiang was the city of Eight-banner garrison in the Qing Dynasty.In the eyes of the people of Zhen-jiang,Eight-banner people were a symbol of the court.With the decline of the Qing Dynasty and Banner-people’s status,Zhenjiang Banner-people’s life style changed.Zhenjiang Eight-banner people exploited political superiority and take advantage of legal prerogatives.They profited from destructive activity.The negative image of the Eight-banner people of Zhenjiang deepened people’s aversion to the Qing Dynasty,therefore accelerating the collapse of local government.%镇江是清代八旗驻防城市，旗人在镇江人眼中是朝廷的象征。随着清王朝的没落和旗人地位的下降，镇江旗人的生存方式也发生了改变。镇江旗人常常利用政治上的优越地位和法律上的特权，从破坏性活动中获取收入。镇江旗人的负面形象加深了民众对清朝政权的恶感，从而加速了镇江地方政权的瓦解。
