As the basic activity of the knowledge management, the implement effect of knowledge identification directly impacted on the overall performance of knowledge chain and even knowledge management. Based on the shortcoming of knowledge identification research and practice, with lack of effective performance measurement of knowledge identification, an index system of performance measurement for knowledge identification was established. Weight configuration was obtained by analytic hierarchy process which was used to calculate the weight of indexes. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation algorithm and program was established to finish the integrated computing of performance measurement for knowledge identification with an example for testing the suitability of the aforementioned achievements. Performance improvement and enhancement of the enterprise knowledge identification could be guided by the results which might lie foundation for enterprises to profit from KM projects.%知识辨识作为知识管理的基础活动,其实施效果直接影响知识链乃至知识管理的整体绩效.针对当前知识辨识研究与实践不足——欠缺知识辨识绩效的有效测度,分析并设计了知识辨识绩效测度指标体系,通过层次分析法实现指标权重配置,进而设计模糊综合评判算法与方案,完成对知识辨识绩效的整合计算,并通过算例检验了前述成果的适宜性.研究成果可有效指导企业知识辨识活动的绩效改进与提升,进而为企业知识管理的有效实施奠定坚实的基础.
