乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中CD147、MMP-9和AnnexinⅡ蛋白的表达

     

摘要

目的:检测乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中CD147、MMP-9及AnnexinⅡ蛋白的表达.方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法检测60例乳腺浸润性导管癌组织及60例乳腺纤维腺瘤组织中CD147、MMP-9和AnnexinⅡ蛋白的表达,并分析3者与乳腺浸润性导管癌临床病理特征的关系.结果:乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中CD147、MMP-9和AnnexinⅡ蛋白的阳性表达率分别是91.7%、86.7%及90.0%,明显高于各自在乳腺纤维腺瘤组织中的表达率(6.7%、6.7%及3.3%,P<0.001);伴有淋巴结转移的浸润性导管癌组织中CD147、MMP-9和AnnexinⅡ蛋白的表达率明显高于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.05);组织学分级越高,以上3种蛋白的表达率越高(P<0.05).结论:CD147、MMP-9和AnnexinⅡ蛋白的异常高表达可能促进了乳腺浸润性导管癌的发展.%Aim;To detect the expressions of CD147 , MMP-9 and Annexin Ⅱ in breast invasive ductal carcinoma tissue. Methods;The expressions of CD147, MMP-9 and Annexin II in 60 cases of breast invasive ductal carcinoma and 60 cases of breast fibroadenoma were detected by immunohistochemistry. ResultS;The positive expression rates of CD147, MMP-9 and Annexin Ⅱ in the breast invasive ductal carcinoma were 91.7% ,86.7% and 90. 0% respectively, which were significantly higher than those in breast fibroadenoma ( 6.7% ,6.7% and 3. 3% ,P < 0. 001 ). In lymph node metastatic group, the positive expression rates of CD147,MMP-9 and Annexin Ⅱ in the breast invasive ductal carcinoma were higher than those in no lymph node metastatic group( P <0. 05 ). The positive expression rates of CD147,MMP-9 and Annexin Ⅱ increased with the increase of histological grade( P <0. 05 ). Conclusion ;The abnormal high expressions of CD147 ,MMP-9 and Annexin Ⅱ may prompt the development of beast invasive ductal carcinoma.
