乳腺癌FHIT表达及其临床价值的meta分析

     

摘要

Aim:To systematic evaluate the expression and clinical significance of FHIT in breast cancer .Methods:Literatures were searched in databases such as CNKI , Wanfang data, Weipu data, Pubmed and SpringerLink.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria , data were extracted .Then the data were analyzed by RevMan 5.3.5.0 and STATA 13.0 software.Results:A total of 29 literatures with 2546 breast cancer tissue specimens were included .It was showed that the expression of FHIT was significantly different between breast cancer versus benign breast disease [OR(95%CI)=0.12(0.06,0.23)], breast cancer versus normal tissue adjacent to cancer [OR(95%CI) =0.05(0.02,0.11)], breast cancer versus normal tissue [OR(95%CI) =0.06(0.02,0.14)],stageⅠ-Ⅱ versus stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ [OR(95%CI) =2.51 (1.87,3.38)],size≤2 cm versus size>2 cm [OR(95%CI) =1.43(1.10,1.84)],SBR 1-2 versus SBR 3 [OR(95%CI)=2.18(1.33,3.57)], lymph node negative versus positive [OR(95%CI) =2.24(1.58,3.16)], ER negative ver-sus positive [OR(95%CI)=0.46(0.34,0.62)], PR negative versus positive [OR(95%CI) =0.51(0.30,0.86)]. There were no significant differences between age <50 years versus age≥50 years, pre-menopausal versus post-menopaus-al, ductal versus lobular .Conclusion:Reduced expression of FHIT is closely related to carcinogenesis and progression of breast cancer .FHIT is closely related to the clinical and pathological characteristics of breast cancer .%目的:系统评价FHIT蛋白在乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义.方法:检索中国知网、万方数据、维普网、Pubmed、SpringerLink等数据库,按照纳入、排除标准选取文献,应用RevMan 5.3.5.0及STATA 13.0软件对纳入的研究进行meta分析.结果:共纳入29篇文献,共计2546例乳腺癌组织标本.Meta分析结果显示,乳腺癌组织中FHIT的表达低于乳腺良性病变组织[OR(95%CI)=0.12(0.06,0.23)]、癌旁正常组织[OR(95%CI)=0.05(0.02,0.11)]和正常组织[OR(95%CI)=0.06(0.02,0.14)];FHIT在乳腺癌Ⅰ-Ⅱ期中的表达高于Ⅲ-Ⅳ期[OR(95%CI)=2.51(1.87,3.38)]、肿瘤长径小于等于2 cm组高于大于2 cm组[P<0.01,OR=1.43,95%CI(1.10,1.84)]、高分化组高于低分化组[OR(95%CI)=2.18(1.33,3.57)]、无腋窝淋巴结转移组高于有转移组[OR(95%CI)=2.24(1.58,3.16)]、雌激素受体阴性组低于阳性组[OR(95%CI)=0.46(0.34,0.62)]、孕激素受体阴性组低于阳性组[OR(95%CI)=0.51(0.30,0.86)],患者不同年龄、绝经状态和组织分型中FHIT的表达差异无统计学意义.结论:FHIT表达缺失在乳腺癌发生、发展中起重要作用,与乳腺癌的临床病理特征有密切关系.
