基于扣压力的ω型弹条扣件作业机具校准测试台的研制

摘要

基于对ω型弹条扣件作用于钢轨的扣压力检测，将其转换为旋紧扣件螺栓／螺母的扭矩，对作业机具的旋紧扭矩进行作业前和作业后校准，保证扣压力设置正确并具有较高的一致性，为高速铁路扣件系统养护作业提供一种简便有效的技术手段。%Based on testing of the toe load of the W-type elastic fastening acting on the rails, the toe load of fas-tening is converted to the torque for tightening the fastening′bolt ut, the tightening torque of the operation device is calibrated before and after the operation.The toe load of fastening is ensured to be configured correctly and to be consistency.A simple and effective technical means is provided to maintain to the fastening system of high-speed railway.
