强化服务意识,转变工作模式,提高管理绩效

         

摘要

“管理就是服务”是学校行政的核心理念,协同创新是世界高等教育改革发展的必然趋势。从强化服务、分类指导、示范引领、协同融合、创新评价等方面着手,浙江万里学院探索形成了以人为本,服务于高素质应用型人才培养目标、服务于学生成长和教师发展的校院二级教学管理模式,有效提高了教学管理绩效,促进了教学改革发展,提高了人才培养质量。%“Management is service” is the core of university administration idea. Collaborative innovation is the inevitable trend of reform and development of higher education in the world. In the way of strengthening service, classification guidance, demonstration lead, collaborative fusion and innovative evaluation etc, Zhejiang Wanli University is actively exploring the two-level management mode by university and colleges. With the idea of people-oriented , the university services the high qualified and practical talents training objectives, as well as the students and teachers development, so as to improve teaching management performance and promote the development of education reform and improve the talent quality.
