轿车变速箱制造过程碳排放评估与优化

         

摘要

Aiming at assessing carbon emission in car gearbox manufacturing process,a carbon emission quantitative method was proposed which combines the Hierarchical relevance analysis theory (HRA) and emission-factor approach (EFA). The characteristics of car gearbox manufacturing process were analyzed, the boundary of system was defined, various carbon sources of the system were classified, the correlation matrices among hierarchical factors of carbon emission were established,and then EFA was combined to compute the carbon emission of each carbon source,then car gearbox manufacturing process carbon emission quantitative method was proposed,the carbon emission of the car gearbox was calculated according to the quantitative method.On the basis,genetic algorithm was used to optimize the carbon emission factors of car gearbox manufacturing process,the carbon emission was reduced while the production efficiency was ensured.The results indicate that the optimized carbon emission was reduced greatly,the effectiveness of the proposed method was verified.%针对轿车变速箱制造过程碳排放评估问题,提出了一种多层次关联分析理论(HRA)与碳排放系数法(EFA)相结合的碳排放量化方法.对轿车变速箱制造过程的碳排放特性进行分析,定义了碳排放系统边界,将系统内多种碳源进行归类分析,构建了多层次碳排放要素之间的关联矩阵,并结合碳排放系数法进行基本碳源建模,进而提出了轿车变速箱制造过程碳排放量化方法,根据量化方法计算得到了轿车变速箱制造过程的碳排放量.在此基础上,使用遗传算法对轿车变速箱制造过程碳排放影响因素进行多参数优化,在不断降低碳排放量的同时保证生产效率不会降低,并对轿车变速箱进行实例优化,研究结果表明:优化后的碳排放得到了较大程度的降低,充分验证了所提方法的有效性.
