The effects of temperature, stirring speed in liquid phase and surfactant concentration on gas-liquid mass transfer of toluene in an emulsion liquid membrane(ELM) system was studied. It was found that the gas-liquid mass transfer coefficient increased with an increase of temperature and stirring speed in liquid phase. The exist of surfactant increases the mass transfer resistance, the resistance by surfactant accounts 31. 9% of the total mass transfer resistance when the surfactant concentration is 2%.%研究了温度、液相搅拌速度、表面活性剂体积分数等因素对乳化液膜吸收甲苯气体的气液传质影响,实验发现甲苯在乳化液膜体系中的气液传质系数随着温度的上升而增大,随液相搅拌速度的增大而增大;表面活性剂会增大气液传质阻力,减小气液传质系数,表面活性剂体积分数2%时对甲苯气液传质产生的阻力占总传质阻力的31.9%.
