氨基硅油基于乳液和有机溶剂组装成膜的区别

         

摘要

N-β-aminoethyl-y-aminopropyl polydimethylsiloxane (ASO) was prepared and adsorbed onto cellulose substrate. First, the chemical structures of the synthesized polysiloxanes were characterized with 1H-NMR and IR, and then the morphological features of assembled films of ASO in organic solvent and in emulsion adsorbed onto cellulose substrates were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM), atomic force microscope (AFM), contact angle measurement (CA). X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and attenuated total reflectance infrared (ATR-IR). The results of the experiments indicate that the emulsifiers exist at the surface of assembled film to affect the morphological features of the assembled film.%通过X光电子能谱(XPS)、原子力显微镜(AFM)、接触角测量仪、衰减全反射红外(ATR-IR)等研究氨基硅油(amino silicone oil,ASO)以乳液形态组装成膜与基于异丙醇溶剂中组装成膜的区别.实验结果发现:以乳液形态组装的ASO膜较基于异丙醇溶剂中组装的ASO膜的膜形貌粗糙、亲水性强.用甲醇溶液洗涤以乳液形态组装的ASO膜后,其膜形貌、亲水性与基于异丙醇溶剂中组装的ASO膜相似,说明ASO基于乳液组装成膜时,乳化剂参与成膜.
