以降低活性炭潜在生成二恶英能力为出发点,制备碱液浸渍后的活性炭粉末.在电加热管式反应炉上进行不同n(C)∶ n(Na)量比、反应温度、反应时间和催化剂等反应工况条件下碱液浸渍活性炭粉末生成二恶英特性的试验.研究结果表明:当n(C)∶ n(Na)为30时的碱液浸渍活性炭粉末在220℃下反应75 min时的二恶英生成能力最低;在碱液浸渍活性炭添加少量TiO2时,其二恶英生成能力在220℃时很高,在340℃时极低.%Alkaline impregnated activated carbon powder was prepared in the laboratory in order to minimize its potential for dioxin formation when it is used as a sorbent for capturing dioxins. Experiments were conducted using an electric heating tube furnace under controlled conditions including mole ratio [n (C) : n(Na)], reaction temperature, reaction time, and added catalyst to investigate dioxin formation characteristics of the carbon powders. Results show that alkaline impregnated activated carbon powder with n(C) : n(Na) mole ratio at 30 has the least dioxin formation when the powder was heated at 220 °C for 75 min. The added TiO2 catalyst in the impregnated carbon powder can significantly increase dioxin formation at 220 °C, but decrease dioxin formation dramatically at 340 °C.
