A method for removing nitrogen oxide and dioxin from exhaust gas is provided to remove effectively harmful gas, by using powder-type impregnated activated carbon in a filter bag-based circulating system, and to be capable of being operated in a low temperature area by injecting an oxidizing agent before a filter bag treatment. A nitrogen oxide and a dioxin are removed from gas exhausted from combusting facilities by passing the exhausted gas through power type impregnated activated carbon as an adsorbent, based on a filter bag. The power type impregnated activated carbon has a grain size of 46-140 um. An oxidizing agent is inputted into the exhausted gas before treating the exhausted gas with filter bag, wherein the oxidizing agent is inputted in a spray type.
