An apparatus for removing nitrogen oxide and dioxin from exhaust gas is provided to remove effectively harmful gas, by a filter bag-based circulation structure using power type impregnated activated carbon, to have a stable effect when NO of a high concentration is generated and be capable of operating at a low temperature area by impregnating compound for reform to activated carbon or injecting an oxidant before filter bag treatment. An oxidizing agent inputting line(2) is connected to a duct(1) through which exhaust gas passes. An oxidizing agent spraying unit(3) is connected to the oxidizing agent inputting line. The oxidizing agent spraying unit supplies an oxidizing agent into the duct. An oxidation filter bag(4) oxidizes the exhaust gas using the oxidizing agent. An adsorption filter bag(5) communicates with the oxidation filter bag, wherein the adsorption filter bag adsorbs nitrogen oxide and dioxin from the oxidized gas supplied through a connection pipe(102). An adsorbing agent supply unit(6) supplies power type impregnated activated carbon to the adsorption filter bag. A ventilator(40) is connected to the adsorption filter bag. A chimney(50) is connected to the ventilator.
