“供给侧改革”背景下民办高校的发展思路

供给侧改革是经济型常态发展的根本要求。在人才市场中，高校处于供给侧地位。高等教育供给侧改革的根本要求是转变方式，优化存量，改善结构，补齐短板，实现可持续发展。在供给侧改革的背景下，民办高校需做好以下工作：转观念、强责任；重市场、强改革；重转型、强内涵；重调整、强特色；重行动、强实效。%Supply-side reform is the fundamental requirement for economy normal development .In labor market , institutions of higher learning are in the supply position .The fundamental requirements for supply-side reform of higher education are changing approach , optimizing stock , improving structure , supplementing shortage , and achieving sustainable development .Under the perspective of supply-side reform, non-governmental institutions of higher learning need to do the following work:changing con-cept and strengthening responsibility , emphasizing market and strengthening reform , emphasizing transformation and strengthe-ning connotation , emphasizing adjustment and strengthening characteristics , emphasizing action and strengthening practical re-sults.
