纺织结构复合材料铺层顺序设计与力学性能分析

     

摘要

In order to study the influence of layer sequence on textile structure composite mechanical properties, the authors use layer-up of glass fiber plain woven fabric and glass fiber bi-axial stitch mat to make the textile structure composites according to 5 kinds of layer scheme and molded through vacuum assisted resin infusion. Besides, the authors test the impact resistance and tensile strength on 5 kinds of composites with different layer sequence by impact testing machines and universal testing machine. The results show that the mechanical property of composites can be improved by reasonably design of layer sequence; and it can get the composites with higher unit absorbing energy and great tensile strength both in warp and weft direction when the reinforcement alternates between two kinds of textile structure.%为研究铺层顺序对纺织结构复合材料力学性能的影响,将玻璃纤维平纹织物与玻璃纤维双轴向缝编毡按照5种不同的铺层方案铺叠,并用真空辅助成型方式制备成复合材料.利用落锤冲击试验机与万能试验机对具有不同铺层顺序的5种复合材料进行抗冲击性与抗拉强度测试.结果表明:合理设计铺层顺序可以改善纺织结构复合材料的力学性能;其中将两种不同结构的增强织物进行交替排列,可以获得具有较高单位吸收能量和优良经纬向抗拉强度的复合材料.
