依托远离海岸的岩基岛屿,通过填海造地建设石化园区,有助于缓解新建石化项目面临的环保、土地、舆论等诸多压力,是我国沿海地区发展石化产业的好选择;但是石化产业的本身的固有危险性和海岛频发的极端气象条件以及高盐高湿的环境条件相互迭加,必然会提高重特大事故发生的可能性.本文从事故风险认知的视角,对离岛型石化园区的关键安全因素进行了系统的分析.%Depends on the batholith island is far from shore, and landfill by the construction of petro-chemical park,helps to reduce new petrochemical park,typically will face a lot of trouble such as environmen-tal protection, land use, public opinion, China's development of petrochemical industry in the coastal region of good way; However, the inherent dangers of the petrochemical industry and the extreme weather conditions of the islands and the environment conditions of high salt and high humidity will inevitably increase the possibili-ty of serious accidents.
