中等强度运动过程中能量代谢的时间变化特征磁

     

摘要

以16名体育专业大学生为研究对象,采用气体代谢间接测定的方法,观察中等强度长时间运动过程中机体能量代谢的变化情况和规律。结果表明:以55%VO2max强度完成持续1 h跑步运动过程中,男生在运动20 min后出现糖氧化量的明显下降和脂肪氧化量的增加,女生则在运动30 min后出现糖氧化量的明显下降和脂肪氧化量的增加;在运动30 min后,男女生脂肪供能比例均出现明显增加。研究提示:中等强度长时间运动过程中,男生脂肪大量动用的时间早于女生,且运动疲劳出现的时间也早于女生。%Sixteen college students majored in physical education were selected as research objects.Changes and relationships of body energy metabolism during prolonged exercise with moderate intensity were observed by using indirect measurement of gas metabolism.The results showed that during the process of one hour per-sistent running with the intensity of 55% VO2max , a significant decline in CHO-oxidation and an increase in fat-oxidation occurred in 20 minutes in male students while 30 minutes in female students.After 30 minutes of exercise, the proportion of fat for energy in male and female students increased significantly.The study sug-gested that during prolonged exercise with moderate intensity, the time of fat mobilization in male students was earlier than female students;The time of exercise fatigue also occurred earlier in male students than in female students.
