试论高校学报青年编辑的成长

高校学报青年编辑应以职业道德建设为成长的起点和重点,充分利用自主学习、反思性实践和参加培训等多种渠道,实现职业道德、编辑业务和学识水平的协同发展。作为编辑部群体中的一员,编辑部的内部环境对青年编辑成长的影响最为直接,和谐的编辑部内部生态环境有利于学报青年编辑成长。%Professional ethics are essential to the growth of young editors of university journals, who should make full use of self-cultivation, reflective practice and professional training to promote the sustain- able development of ethical standards, editing skills and vocational level. What is more, a harmonious eco- logical environment in the editorial department is beneficial to the growth of young editors.
