边疆少数民族地区大学生心理健康状况研究*--以丽江师范高等专科学校为例

摘要

The status of the College students' mental health in the frontier ethnic region was investigated with the SCL-90 (Symp-toms Checklist 90 or Self-reporting Inventory), the results of the survey show that the mental health level of the college student in the frontier ethnic area is lower than that of the national youth, and there are mental health differences between different genders, that is, male college students' mental health status is better than female college students'. The causes of the mental health status are analyzed and the proposals are also put forward in the article, which lays a good foundation to carry out the mental health educational work ac-cordingly in frontier ethnic region.%采用SCL-90症状自评量表对就读于边疆少数民族地区大学生的心理健康状况进行了问卷调查，结果表明：边疆少数民族地区大学生的心理健康水平低于全国青年水平；不同性别的边疆少数民族地区大学生的心理健康水平存在差异，即边疆少数民族地区男性大学生的心理健康状况优于女性大学生。分析了影响心理健康状况的原因，并提出合理建议，为边疆少数民族地区的大学有针对性的开展心理健康教育工作打下良好基础。
