不同经营措施下雷竹林土壤呼吸的研究

         

摘要

采用Li-cor 8150土壤碳通量全自动测量系统测定了集约经营和粗放经营雷竹林的土壤呼吸速率,并分析了环境因子对土壤呼吸的影响。结果表明:集约经营和粗放经营雷竹林土壤呼吸速率存在明显的季节变化,集约经营雷竹林土壤呼吸的季节变化呈双峰曲线,峰值出现在2月和8月,粗放经营雷竹林土壤呼吸的季节变化呈单峰曲线,峰值出现在8月;两种经营措施下全年土壤呼吸速率的平均值分别为5.08μmol·m-2·s-1和3.01μmol·m-2·s-1;集约经营和粗放经营雷竹林土壤呼吸的日变化均呈单峰曲线,最大值出现在14:00-16:00,最小值出现在5:00-7:00;集约经营和粗放经营雷竹林的土壤呼吸与土壤5 cm温度呈显著的指数相关(P <0.01),土壤5 cm温度可以分别解释土壤呼吸变化的21.86%和83.97%,与土壤5 cm含水量不相关(P >0.05),土壤5 cm含水量仅可以解释土壤呼吸变化的8.27%和1.33%;集约经营和粗放经营雷竹林的全年土壤呼吸的Q10值分别为1.31和2.29。%By using Li-cor 8 150 automated soil carbon flux system, the soil respiration rates ofPhyllostachys praecox cv. Prevernalis forest in Lin’an, Zhejiang province under both intensive and extensive management, were measured from January to December 2013. The results showed that there were obvious seasonal variations of the soil respiration rates under different management, double peak curve under intensive managed stand with the peaks in February and July and single peak curve under extensive managed stand with the peak in July. Mean rates of soil respiration under two management were 4.82μmol·m-2·s-1 and 3.34μmol·m-2·s-1. Daily variation of soil respiration rate under intensive and extensive management showed a single peak curve, with the maximum at 14:00-16:00 and the minimum at 5:00-7:00. Soil respiration rate had significant exponential correlation with soil temperature (P < 0.01), and the soil temperature at 5 cm depth could explain 93.18% and 84.07% variation of the soil respiration rate. There was no significant correlation between soil respiration and soil water content (P>0.05). TheQ10 values ofPh. praecoxcv. Prevernalis forest under intensive and extensive management were 2.11 and 1.86.
