慢性乙型肝炎4种治疗方案的成本—效果分析

摘要

[Objective] To discuss the economic effect caused in same disease from different treatments. [Method] Make analysis to 4 treatments of chronic hepatitis B with medicinal economical cost-effect method, i.e. groups ADFW,LMFD,TBFD and TKW, make retrospective evaluation. [Result] LMFD is the best plan. [Conclusion] Reasonably distributing medicinal economics, optimizing treatment plan, reasonable medication, using limited medical expense, improving economic efficacy, help doctors and pharmacists to select best therapy in decision.%[目的]探讨不同药物治疗方案对同—种疾病所产生的经济效果.[方法]运用药物经济学成本—效果分析法对慢性乙型肝炎4种治疗方案,即ADFW组、LMFD组、TBFD组、ETKW组方案进行回顾性分析评价,评价比较4种方案的成本—效果关系.结果]LMFD组为最佳治疗方案.[结论]药物经济学合理分配,优化治疗方案,合理用药,使用有限的医疗经费,提高经济效益,帮助医、药师在临床决策过程中选择最佳治疗方案.
