张仲景辨治“下利”证浅析

“下利”一证是临床上常见的证候之一,或为原发性出现,或为继发性出现.临床中医师应该辨别其病机本质的不同.在把握基本病机的大前提下,再针对“下利”各证型,辨清寒热、虚实和缓急,使临床用方切合于病情.为了加强对中医经典著作关于“下利”条文学习与理解的系统性,有必要对相关的方证进行分门别类,仔细考察各个相似证候之间病机和方药属性的细微差别.兹收集张仲景《伤寒论》与《金匮要略》关于“下利”的条文,进行分析与总结.%Primary or secondary diarrhea is a common clinical syndrome, clinical medical doctors ought to analyse its essential pathogenesis.
