[目的]从朱丹溪生平医案探析其临证诊病辨治特色，以期学习、传承朱氏学术思想精华与临证诊治特点。[方法]以《丹溪心法》《格致余论》《金匮钩玄》《脉因证治》等所载医案为基础，结合朱氏经典论述与学术思想，阐述例案朱氏辨治经过，并综合分析其诊治特点与背后蕴含的学术思想。[结果]分析可知朱氏临证诊治具有方简效著，擅用人参白术；诊病施治，善辨体质异同；气血之虚，活用四君四物；病究经络，细审阴阳虚实等特色。反映了朱丹溪擅长滋阴降火，以及杂病论治责之于气、血、痰、郁等学术思想精华。[结论]朱丹溪医案言简意赅，特色鲜明，若能结合朱氏一生经典论述与学术特色对医案进行深入探析，则能对其临证诊病施治规律与特点有更深刻认识，以便传承其特色、提升临床辨治疾病能力。%Objective] From the analysis of Zhu Danxi's life with its clinical diagnosis treatment characteristics, in order to learn, inherit Zhu's academic thought essence and clinical characteristics of diagnosis and treatment. [Method] "Danxi Xinfa", "Gezhi Yu", "golden hook on Xuan", "pulse", because treatment contained case as the foundation, combined with his classic discussion and academic thoughts, this case's treatment after diagnosis and treatment, and a comprehensive analysis of its characteristics and the implication behind the academic thought. [Results] The clinical diagnosis and treatment analysis of Zhu has simple effect, using ginseng rhizome; diagnosis and treatment, good physique differentiation of Qi and blood deficiency, the similarities and differences;using four Jun Siwu;the main and col ateral channels disease, fine trial of yin and Yang and the characteristics. Zhu Danxi was good at Yin on treatment, and miscel aneous duties in the Qi, blood, phlegm, stagnation and other academic thoughts. [Conclusion] Zhu Danxi with concise and comprehensive, distinctive features, if deeply analyzing cases with Zhu life classic discussion and academic features, we can have a more profound understanding of the clinical diagnosis and treatment rules and characteristics, to pass its characteristics, enhance the ability of clinical diagnosis and treatment of disease.
