穴位贴敷联合中药汤剂及耳穴埋豆治疗妊娠恶阻65例观察

摘要

[Objective] To discuss the cure effect of acupoints application combined with TCM decoctions and auricular point buried-bean on pernicious vomiting. [Method] Choose 65 such cases from April 2011 to March 2012 as control group and another 65 from Nov. 2011 to Sep. 2013 as treatment group. The control one take oral y TCM decoction combined with auricular point buried-bean, the treatment one added with TCM acupoints applica-tion;observe the result after 1 course. [Result] In treatment group, 46 cases were cured, 18 better, 1 was not cured, the total effective rate 98.5%;in con-trol one, they were respectively 40,11,14 and 78.4%; the comparison of them had difference of statistical meaning.[Conclusion] The acupoint application combined with TCM decoction and auricular point buried-bean has obvious cure effect on pernicious vomiting.%[目的]探讨穴位帖敷联合中药汤剂及耳穴埋豆治疗妊娠恶阻的疗效。[方法]选择2011年4月至2012年3月来我院就诊的妊娠恶阻患者65例为对照组，2012年11月至2013年9月来我院就诊的妊娠恶阻患者65例为治疗组。对照组采用口服中药汤剂联合耳穴埋豆，治疗组在对照组的基础上加中药穴位贴敷治疗妊娠恶阻，1个疗程后观察效果。[结果]治疗组痊愈46例，好转18例，未愈1例，总有效率98.5%；对照组痊愈40例，好转11例，未愈14例，总有效率78.4%；两组总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。[结论]穴位贴敷联合中药汤剂及耳穴埋豆治疗妊娠恶阻，疗效显著。
