曲妮妮教授辨治慢性阻塞性肺病经验探析

[Conclusion]Mentor in treatment of this disease, to pay attention to viscera weakness, also remove reality, internal and external treatment, reduce the acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease frequency, improve the patient's symptoms, improve the quality of life of patients, is worthy of our generations to inherit and carry forward.%[目的]总结曲妮妮教授辨治慢性阻塞性肺疾病的主要学术经验。[方法]通过阅读导师关于慢性阻塞性肺病论著以及临床跟师学习，总结导师治疗慢性阻塞性肺病的理法方药，并通过病案说明。[结果]导师认为肺、脾、肾三脏虚弱，痰瘀内阻为本病的主要病机，治疗以补虚祛实为法，常以补肺汤、苏子降气汤等为基本方加减施治，同时，更随证配合中药贴敷，温阳化痰，补虚泻实。所举验案一则，疗效较佳。[结论]导师治疗本病，常以虚为纲，兼顾祛实，内外同治，减少了慢性阻塞性肺病急性发作的频率，改善了患者的症状，提高了患者生活质量，值得临床推广应用。
