[目的]探索益气滋阴方治疗免疫性血小板减少症的疗效及其具体机制.[方法]选取112例免疫性血小板减少症患者,随机分为对照组(常规西医治疗)和治疗组(益气滋阴方+常规西医治疗)各56例,同时设正常对照组56例.治疗前后检测血小板计数评价总体疗效,取外周血单个核细胞检测Treg百分率及Foxp3 mRNA表达水平.[结果]治疗组总有效例数47例(83.92％),明显高于对照组的38例(67.86％,P=0.047).治疗组治疗后Treg比例及Foxp3mRNA表达水平较治疗前、对照组治疗后均明显升高(P＜0.001);对照组治疗后Treg比例及Foxp3mRNA较治疗前均无明显差异(P=0.055,0.058);治疗组治疗后Treg比例及Foxp3mRNA与正常对照组比较仍偏低且有统计学差异(P＜0.001).[结论]益气滋阴方能促进Foxp3表达并诱导Treg生成,进而通过恢复免疫平衡状态来治疗免疫性血小板减少症.%[Objective] To explore the effect and mechanism of Qi-supplementing and Yin-nourishing prescription treated for immune thrombocytopenia.[Methods] Select 112 cases of immune thrombocytopenia patients,randomly divided into control group (conventional western medicine therapy) and treatment group (Qi-supplementing and Yin-nourishing prescription + conventional westem medicine therapy) equally,at the same time establish normal control group including 56 healthy cases.Peripheral blood platelet count and mononuclear cell were detected for percentage of Treg and Foxp3 mRNA expression level.[Results] Treatment group's overall efficacy was significantly higher than control group 47(83.92％) versus 38(67.86％),P=0.047),treatment group's Treg and Foxp3 mRNA expression level after treatment were signific antly higher than pre-treatment and control group(P＜0.001);The control group's Treg and Foxp3 mRNA had no obvious difference before and after treatment(P=0.055,0.058);Treatment group's higher Treg ratio and Foxp3 mRNA expression level were still lower compared with nounal control group(P＜0.001).[Conclusion] Qi-supplementing and Yin-nourishing prescription can promote Foxp3 expression and induce Treg generation,and then treat ITP by restoring the immune balance.
