浙江金融业与海洋经济协调发展战略研究

摘要

《浙江省“十二五”金融业发展规划研究》和《浙江海洋经济发展示范区规划》蕴含着浙江金融业的发展与海洋经济发展在时间上相一致、空间上有叠合、举措上有交集。浙江金融业支持海洋经济发展总量要适应、结构要优化、业务要创新、风险要监控、资源要整合。地方金融与海洋经济协调发展需要政策大力支持和体制的不断创新．需要构建人才引进和培养体系。%"Zhejiang Twelfth Five-year Financial Sector Development Plan" and "Demonstration Area of Zhejiang Marine Economy Development Plan" suggest that the development of Zhejiang financial industry and marine economy are put forward at the same time, superimpose on the space, and move on common ground. Financial support for marine economy needs to be optimized both in quality and structure, and calls for innovations, risk management and resource integrity. The coordinated development of local financial industry and marine economy need policy support, continuous innovation and talents introduction and training system.
