“工厂化”高职汽检专业人才培养模式研究

摘要

Through the study of domestic and foreign cooperation pattern,in view of the problems with the current higher vocational automobile examination specialty,this paper studies the ways to intergrate the resources of campus training,to establish the productive training base,and to design a training mode in“campus factory”,which is“college-centered”instead of“factory-centered”,and creates a real business -like environment in the college. In this way,students can get the knowledge of the demand for working posts while at school. This new teaching mode makes a breakthrough in lowering cost,optimizing the curriculum and cultivating students’occupational ability.%通过对国内外校企合作模式的探讨，针对我国目前高职汽检专业人才培养模式存在的问题，对职业院校汽检专业现有校内实训基地进行资源整合，构建生产性实训基地，设计“工厂化”高职汽检专业人才培养模式。“工厂化”人才培养模式突破了“校中厂”以企业为本位的传统模式，从指导思想上变为以学院为本位，构建新型人才培养模式，在教学环境中营造出实际的企业环境，让学生更多和更早的体验到企业岗位的实践需求。在降低办学成本、优化课程设置、对学生职业能力和综合素质培养等方面突破传统的办学理念。
