三种滇龙胆叶片总 RNA 提取方法的比较

摘要

With young leaves ofGentianarigescens as experiment material,its total RNA was extracted by the traditional method of guanidine thiocyanate and two kits of TaKaRa Company.The quality and purity of the total RNA were compared. Results showed that the method of guanidine thiocyanate was the most economical and the Mini BEST Plant RNA Extraction kit was superior to the other two methods because its resulting RNA is of high quality and purity,and it is highly efficient and without genomic DNA contamination.%分别使用传统异硫氰酸胍法和 Takara 公司的两种试剂盒来提取滇龙胆幼叶的总RNA,比较所提取 RNA 质量和纯度。结果表明,三种方法各有优缺点,但 MiniBEST Plant RNA Extraction Kit 试剂盒提取的 RNA 质量好、纯度高、提取效率高,且无基因组污染,优于其他两种方法,而异硫氰酸胍法从经济的角度考虑则最为实惠。
