服刑人员未成年子女救助方式探析

Prisoners＂ minor children is a special social group, the rescue has important practical significance. Due to legal and social discrimination, lack of management and other reasons, prisoners＂ underage children rescue work is faced with many difficulties. The measures are as following： Firstly, Perfect law system, perfect management mechanism and create a good social atmosphere; Secondly, implement existing policies, add help seeking for various organization, and arouse complete member participate in relief.%服刑人员未成年子女是一个特殊的社会群体，对其进行救助具有重要的现实意义。由于法律空白、管理缺位和社会歧视等原因，服刑人员未成年子女救助工作面临着许多困难。援助对策：1．健全法律保障体系，完善管理运行机制和营造社会良好氛围；2．落实已有政策，加大对各种求助机构的支持。动员全员参与救助。
