公安民警武力手段使用规范之探讨

公安民警在依法使用武力手段的过程中，存在违法、不当使用武力手段的问题，执法过程存在风险性。要解决这一问题，必须合法使用武力手段，规范武力手段的使用，防止违法使用武力手段，避免武力手段在使用的过程中，给违法犯罪行为人及警察自身和无辜群众带来不应有的伤害，以保护自身和他人的合法权益。%Illegal and improper use of force exists in police officers＇ use of force in accordance with the law, which means there are risks during the law enforcement process.
