政治理论课在当前民警培训工作中的作用

摘要

The education of political theory has played the role of main front and main channel in the training of ideological and political quality of police officer, and has an important position in the education of the public security. For the issue of poor effectiveness and pertinence of current political theory course, we should turn ＂the imparting of knowledge＂ into ＂the solving of problems＂ and traditional teaching into ＂project -based teaching＂. Initiatives： design of the pertinent questionnaire ; integration of teaching content; Try new assessment and appraisal system; establish a network counseling platform; and improve teachers＇ ability.%政治理论教育在民警思想政治素质培养方面发挥着主阵地、主渠道的作用，在公安教育工作中具有重要的地位和作用。针对当前政治理论课实效性较差、针对性不强的问题，要做到将“知识的传授”转变为“问题的解决”，将传统的课程教学转变为“专题式教学”。措施：有针对性地设计调查问卷，整合教学内容，尝试新的考核考评制度，创建网络辅导平台，提高教师自身能力。
