A process is dislosed for producing a support suitable for use in the formation of polyurethane films, the support comprising a base and a releasing layer on the base comprising a polymeric mixture of 95 to 65 parts by weight of polypropylene and 5 to 35 parts by weight of polyethylene, which process comprises extrusion coating the base with said mixture through a T-die to form the releasing layer on the base, the temperature of the mixture as extruded through the T-die being controlled below 300 DEG C.
