基于“1214”应用型人才培养模式的校地互动研究和实践

         

摘要

校地互动的实质是高校与地方共进、共建和互动发展。主动适应地方经济发展需要,提高为地方经济建设服务的积极性和主动性,是产生校地互动效应,提高人才培养质量的前提,也是地方高校生存和发展的保障。根据“1214”应用型人才培养模式,构建了当前模式下的校地互动方式,促进校地互动效应,最终真正实现高校与地方的共进、共建和互动发展。%The essence of school - local interaction is that colleges and local community together get ahead, build and develop by interactive helps. The college should initiatively adapt to local economic development, which is not only the premise for appearance of school - local interaction effect and improvement of talent - training quality, but also the guarantee for survival and development of local colleges. According to the1214 application -oriented training mode, this paper presents the interactive form under current talent -training mode. This form will promote the school -local interaction to ultimately realize the joint progress, build and interactive development of colleges and local communities.
