网络著作权侵权问题研究

摘要

With the rapid development of Internet, the infringement on Internet copyright has become frequent increasingly.Deep insight into basic features of Internet copyright and reflection on shortcomings of China's copyright law could better balance personal benefit and social benefit and implement the strategy of reinvigorating China though intellectual property.%伴随着网络信息技术的迅猛发展,对于著作权的网络侵权行为日趋频繁.深刻认识网络环境下著作权的基本特征,反观当下我国著作权立法之不足,并提出改进和完善建议,才能更好地实现个人利益和社会利益的平衡,才能更好地落实国家的知识产权强国战略.
