多元价值观下大学生入党动机现状及教育途径分析--以玉林师范学院学生为例

摘要

大学生入党动机问题不仅是高校党建的热点问题，也是高校开展大学生德育工作的一项重要抓手。以调研问卷及访谈形式多角度了解大学生在多元价值观下的入党动机现状，分析其形成原因，并提出相应教育途径，以期为大学生德育工作提供参考。%College student’s motivation to join the Party is not only a hot spot for the Party construction but also a key issue for the moral education construction. The paper investigates the preset situation by the questionnaire and interview, then, analyzes the reasons and give solutions, in hope to provide a reference for the moral education of the college students.
